Theo Bot started his career in structured finance and investment banking at Bankers Trust and Paribas Capital Markets respectively in London. In 1997, he joined Credit Suisse First Bostons private equity team in London, covering continental Europe. From 1999, he worked for Alpinvest Partners in London first, then in Frankfurt (from 2001), focusing on medium-sized LBOs. Mr. Bot holds a diploma in business administration from Erasmus University in Rotterdam and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
