Theo Bot started his career in structured finance and investment banking at Bankers Trust and Paribas Capital Markets respectively in London. In 1997, he joined Credit Suisse First Bostons private equity team in London, covering continental Europe. From 1999, he worked for Alpinvest Partners in London first, then in Frankfurt (from 2001), focusing on medium-sized LBOs. Mr. Bot holds a diploma in business administration from Erasmus University in Rotterdam and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Ricardo SommerInvestment Manager
Prior to joining Syntegra Capital, he was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group focusing on Private Equity projects in sectors such as industrial goods, building materials, healthcare and waste management. He also worked at UBS in London and at a German mid-market M&A boutique. Previously he gained operative experience in several large companies like Bayer, BMW, Daimler and Siemens. Ricardo Sommer holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University Berlin and MBA from INSEAD.
