Previously Finance Director at Merlin Biosciences Limited, the biotech venture capital fund manager. Primarily responsible for financial management, investor liaison and reporting on €450 million of funds and a key member of the management team involved in the 2007 acquisition of Orbis Group to form Excalibur. Formerly Finance Manager with PA Consulting, where he was involved in several acquisitions and divestments, and subsequently Financial Controller at Enviros Consulting. Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA), BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Middlesex.
